1. The Rider’s Guarantee

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll process your request faster than a sportbike hits 60mph.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Road Full Face Helmets
  • Road Open Face Helmets
  • Road Modular Helmets
  • Road Full Face Visors
  • Road Open Face Visors
  • Road Pinlocks
  • Road Gloves (unless packaging is unopened)
  • Road Goggles (unless packaging is unopened)

These items are excluded due to hygiene and safety regulations—we protect your head like we protect your data.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
  • Must be requested within 15 days of delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
