1. Shipping Information
Order Processing
We rev up our engines to process your order within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two ways to get your gear to you:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). International riders should note:
- Customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing

If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, our 15-day Rider’s Guarantee has you covered.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Road Full Face Helmets
- Road Open Face Helmets
- Road Modular Helmets
- Road Full Face Visors
- Road Open Face Visors
- Road Pinlocks
- Road Gloves (unless packaging is unopened)
- Road Goggles (unless packaging is unopened)
Return Conditions
To qualify for return/exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
- Request must be made within 15 days of delivery

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
